FAQ

My insurance company recommended another shop, can I still have my vehicle repaired by you?

Yes. You may have the shop of your choice make the repairs. You are not required to use a shop selected by a claims adjuster. However, you are required by your policy to allow your insurance company a reasonable amount of time to inspect the damages prior to repairing them.

  1. Your insurance company wants your vehicle properly repaired and you to be completely satisfied withtheir claim service. You have specific rights and obligations that you should be aware of. Review yourpolicy. Understand your rights.
  2. If an agreement cannot be reached between your insurance company and the repair shop, your policy has an “Appraisal Clause” whereby an independent appraiser can be called in to help resolve the matter.
  3. You are not required by law to get more than one estimate.
  4. Only you, the owner, can authorize repairs on your vehicle.
  5. Repair estimates will vary. A lower estimate may not include necessary things such as front or rear wheel alignments or re-aiming your headlamps.
  6. Sign releases only when the repairs have been completed to your satisfaction.
  7. The vehicle is being repaired for YOU, the owner. You will be required to pay for the repairs upon completion. To avoid delays, it will be up to you to secure payment from your insurance company along with any necessary endorsements from lienholders.

Do you repair all vehicles?

Yes. We repair all makes and models.

What is a “Direct Repair Facility”?

Insurance companies will often establish a relationship with collision centers to streamline the repair process. We have such a relationship with many, major insurance companies. Essentially, it allows us to begin repairs on a vehicle without waiting for the insurance estimator to inspect the vehicle.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our repairs for as long as you own the vehicle.

How long will it take to repair my vehicle?

The amount of time it takes to repair your vehicle depends on some factors we are unable to control. For example, availability of parts and how long it may take for your insurance company to process the claim. When we prepare your quote, we will supply you with an estimate of how long it will take to repair your vehicle. We will keep in touch with you if there is a change in our original time estimate.

Do you work on vehicles that have not been in an accident?

Absolutely! We can repair minor dings and scratches, as well as perform a full detail on your vehicle.

Do you use factory parts?

Yes. We prefer to use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for all repairs. Your insurance company might only pay for aftermarket, rebuilt, recycled, or reconditioned parts. If you have questions, do not hesitate to discuss it with one of our trained estimators.

Do you have rental cars available?

Yes. We understand that in this day and age our customers may not be able to go without a car during the time it takes to repair your vehicle. Whether your insurance will pay for a rental car depends upon your coverage. Check your policy or with your agent.
